How do I start a repair?

For dental handpieces, choose mail-in service or local pickup and complete the dental repair inquiry. For surgical displays and other medical questions, use our contact form.

Can you collect my handpieces?

Local handpiece pickup is available within 25 miles of Mokena, Illinois. Returning customers can call or text (815) 200-6845. New customers should complete the local pickup form.

Complete the virtual repair form and our team will send a shipping label. Free packaging is available through our concierge mail-in service. You can also call or text for help with a label.
